All of our food is made in a professional kitchen with members of our team who are extremely well-trained, and have certifications in food safety and sanitation. We make sure that all of our products are produced in accordance with all national and state food safety and sanitation laws and regulations. All of our food is steamed to a particular temperature that kills all potential bacteria, and then is transferred to our jars which are sealed for safety. Everything is constantly temperature controlled and monitored.
